1. Service-Based Business
AdsandGrowth provides digital services including, but not limited to:

Paid Advertising Management

Funnel & Landing Page Development
Consulting & Growth Strategy
Website Development
Marketing Audits
Because our services involve time, expertise, research, planning, and labor, refunds are limited once work has commenced.

2. Eligibility for Refunds
A refund may be considered only if:

The project has not yet started.
No strategy, audit, consultation, research, design, advertising setup, or deliverable has been provided.
A cancellation request is submitted within 48 hours of payment.
Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.

3. Non-Refundable Services
Refunds will not be provided for:

Completed or partially completed work.
Marketing consultations or strategy sessions.
Advertising spend paid to third-party platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
SEO services already performed.
Website or landing page development after work has started.
Custom marketing plans, audits, reports, or research.
Monthly retainers after the service period has begun.
Digital products, templates, guides, SOPs, training materials, or downloadable resources.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, approvals, account access, and required assets in a timely manner. Delays or performance issues caused by missing information do not qualify for refunds.

5. Results Disclaimer
Digital marketing outcomes depend on numerous factors including market conditions, competition, budget, product quality, customer demand, website performance, and platform algorithms.

AdsandGrowth does not guarantee:

Specific revenue amounts
Sales volume
Leads generated
Search engine rankings
Return on ad spend (ROAS)
Business growth results
Therefore, refunds will not be granted based solely on performance expectations or business outcomes.

6. Subscription & Retainer Services
For recurring services:

Clients may cancel future billing by providing written notice at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
No refunds will be issued for the current billing period once work has begun.
Cancellation will prevent future charges only.
7. Chargebacks
Clients agree to contact AdsandGrowth first to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Filing a fraudulent chargeback after receiving services may result in:

Immediate termination of services
Collection actions where legally permitted
Submission of project documentation to payment processors
